An Ohio man acquitted for killing to men in 2015 was sentenced to 20 years in prison for his part in the deadly conspiracy.
Jurors found him not guilty of murder in the deaths of Damien Mills and Kevin Peterson. He also was acquitted of aggravated assault for wounding Sharaine Randazzo. A second woman, Ianneisha Gross, was not injured.
Police were dispatched to the 100 block of West Grape Street after midnight March 8, 2015, for several gunshots. All four were inside Mills' vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Peterson had four gunshot wounds and died later at the hospital.
Loftin must serve at least 85 percent of his sentence, or 17 years, before he is eligible for parole.
