A Camden County man was indicted for vehicular homicide in a crash that killed a Clementon woman.
Stephen Sirch, 30, of Voorhees, remains in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
Karina Castillo, of Clementon, Hunterdon County, died at the scene.
The two vehicles were traveling west at about 2:15 p.m. April 3, when there was contact, pushing Castillo's vehicle across the center media and into the eastbound lane, police said at the time.
An oncoming car driven by Diana Hernandez-Ramos, 40 of Hammonton, struck Castillo's vehicle.
Hernandez-Ramos and two adult passengers were taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus. A juvenile passenger was taken to Cooper. None of their injuries were life-threatening.
Castillo had recently turned 29 and had a baby girl, according to her obituary. She used to live in Vineland, where her parents still reside.
