Two teens turned themselves in this week in separate Atlantic City shootings from earlier this year.

Ashan Jackson, 19, of Galloway Township, has been wanted since at least May in a March shooting that wounded a Pleasantville man.

The 29-year-old victim walked into the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus at 2:34 a.m. March 13, with a gunshot wound, Capt. Kevin Fair said.

The unnamed victim was shot in the area of Pennsylvania and Pacific avenue during an altercation with Jackson, according to the report.

He surrendered at the Clayton G. Graham Public Safety Building on Monday.

Two days later, a 17-year-old boy turned himself in on charges stemming from a shooting that wounded a 15-year-old girl in July.

The girl arrived at the hospital on July 8 with a gunshot wound, Fair said. She was shot during an altercation between the arrested teen and another male.

It was not clear where the shooting took place, according to the report.

Jackson is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, along with a count each of unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

He is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
