Atlantic City is hosting its first dance honoring fathers and daughters.
More than 200 already have registered for the Daddy-Daughter Sneaker Ball set for Friday night.
The event is being hosted by Atlantic City Youth Services, Recreation and Re-entry Services.
It includes a formal dinner, mock-tails, dancing, photo booths and a red carpet welcome.
The event is open to fathers with their daughters from kindergarten to eighth grade.
It will run from 7 to 10 p.m. at the All Wars Memorial Building, 1510 Adriatic Ave.
