A grand jury has indicted a Pleasantville woman accused of illegally padding her payroll hours while working for the Atlantic City Police Department.
Suzanne Ricketts, 43, faces charges of official misconduct, theft by deception and computer crimes.
The civilian employee was working in payroll at the time of her arrest.
She allegedly added 174.75 hours to her time sheets from Nov. 19, 2019 to Jan. 16, 2020, for a total of $3,325.49, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
Ingrum was fired from his retirement position after being charged with third-degree theft. He has since waived his right to a grand jury and entered into pretrial intervention May 23.
If he completes the conditions of his one-year term, he will avoid prosecution in the case.
Ricketts was charged on a summons and remains free while the case goes through the system. She was suspended without pay.
