An Atlantic City teen is missing from a residential home.
Jahiem Hasan McCutcheon’s disappearance is the latest example of the juvenile justice system failing her son, Tia Allen told BreakingAC, as she took to social media in the search for her son.
The 17-year-old was at the Ranch Hope in Alloway Township by court order following charges that included taking police on a chase in a stolen car.

“This place is not what they advertise to be,” she said.
A Ranch Hope representative said that she could not comment due to privacy constraints and that the issue deals with a minor.
Allen said McCutcheon's aunt — who is on his visitor list — signed him out Sunday without her permission. He then ran from her at the Walmart around 5 p.m.
This isn't the first time McCutcheon has run.
He twice cut off his ankle bracelet while on release and has run from a group home twice before, his mother previously told BreakingAC.
In March, he led police on a three-town chase in a stolen car after fleeing a drug deal, Atlantic City police said, although they did not identify him due to his age.
