Pleasantville police are investigating a shooting that wounded a man late Sunday night.
A ShotSpotter alert brought officers to the 400 block of West Delilah Road at about 11:15 p.m., Capt. Stacey Schlachter said.
An unoccupied car with numerous bullet holes in the driver's side was found unoccupied in the middle of the road, according to the report. Shell casings were also recovered.
Clay Brown arrived at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus a few minutes later, with several gunshot wounds, Schlachter said. None were considered life-threatening.
His girlfriend drove him, Schlachter said.
Brown, 28, was treated and is in stable condition, according to the report.
Witnesses told police that a brown or maroon Hyundai fled the area south of New Road from Delilah.
