Two men were wounded in a hail of gunfire Saturday night in Pleasantville.
Police were called to the area of Ryon Avenue and South Main Street by a ShotSpotter notification at 10:36 p.m., Capt. Stacey Schlachter confirmed.
Julian Johnson, 26, and Nasser Posey, 19, both of Pleasantville, were wounded, she said.
Johnson was found inside a residence, while Posey was lying behind a vehicle in front of the residence, according to the report.
Two men were seen fleeing the scene, according to witnesses. One ran east on Ryon. The other fled south on Main Street.
Johnson was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus, and then flown to Cooper University Hospital for several gunshot wounds, Schlachter said.
Posey was listed in stable condition at AtlantiCare's City Campus. He had several gunshot wounds to his back and one to his abdomen, she said.
