Twelve people were displaced after a fire ripped through a rooming house in Atlantic City.
The call to the four-story rooming house at 408 N. Ohio Ave. came in at 7:26 Sunday night, Fire Chief Scott Evans said.
There was heavy fire in the rear of the third and fourth floors.
A second alarm was called in with "all hands" on, Evans said.
A search of the structure after the blaze was out found no one inside, he said. The owner said all of the occupants were safe.
