Fire engulfs multiple homes along Hummock Avenue Friday evening

A fire is consuming multiple homes on Friday evening in Atlantic City, according to area first responders. 

According to dispatching units, a fire was reported along Hummock Avenue, between Ohio and Indiana avenues on Friday evening, April 25. Addresses including 1807 through 1814 Hummock Avenue were involved in the blaze. Three alarms were required to put out the blaze. A massive smoke plume could be seen by witnesses throughout surrounding neighborhoods. 

It is unclear at this time if there are any injuries. More information will be shared as it is made available.
