Two men accused in an Atlantic City killing allegedly sparked by a vehicle crash have been indicted.
Jahmal Greenidge, 28, was fatally shot May 19, in the 300 block of North Tennessee Avenue.
Denzel Garrison threatened Greenidge and the man’s family after a March 7 crash, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
Garrison was driven to and from the shooting in a black Hyundai Sonata connected to Laquine Demby.
That matches the photo of a car released by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office about a week after the shooting.
Video surveillance shows a left-handed man shoot, Greenidge, as he walks into an apartment complex, the affidavit states.
Garrison is left handed.
Garrison, 28, of Newark, and Demby, 30, of Pleasantville, were indicted Tuesday on murder and conspiracy charges, acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill said.
Garrison is additionally charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
Both remain in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
