A Galloway Township man caught with multiple drugs while on Recovery Court was sentenced to 10 years in prison Monday.
Ibin Ingrum, now 20, is currently serving a seven-year sentence in the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility.
Gunther was eligible for an extended term, after being denied an attempt to re-enroll in Recovery Court.
He must serve at serving at least four years before he is eligible for parole.
Ingrum and Gunter were arrested after a search of Galloway home led to a bedroom safe with a mixture of more than three ounces of fluorofentanyl, despropionyl fluorofentanyl, fluorophenethyl 4-ANPP and xylazine. Police also found 10 wax folds packaged for sale that contained a mixture of fluorofentanyl, fentanyl, phenethyl 4-ANPP, and xylazine. There was also a baggie containing about an ounce of methamphetamine, two digital scales and documents bearing the names of Ingrum and Gunter.
Two handguns, ammunition and extended-capacity magazines were found in an attic area, according to the charges.
The case was investigated and prosecuted by the Gangs, Guns, and Narcotics Unit of the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
